Abstract：To solve the problem of heavy wasting resources due to depending too much on subjective experience and lacking of emphasizes during the track circuit system maintenance, the maintenance decision model based on equipment-classified logic decision and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward. Firstly, comprehensively considering the factors of reliability, maintenance, economy, the importance of units is assessed by using the grey correlation degree and TOPSIS method so as to make different failure modes of equipment-classified maintenance mode logic decisions. Then, the maintenance mode common decision-making mechanism of qualitative decision and quantitative judgement is built by introducing the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the reasonable maintenance proposals of track circuit equipment units are offered according to Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway case, proving that the model is feasible and effective, which may help to achieve precise overhaul and provide guidance for field maintenance.
